I called Atlantic Pest Control in a bit of a panic over a large yellow jacket nest in an upstairs bedroom ceiling.  Aaron responded to my phone call very quickly and got to our house that same afternoon.  He quickly assessed the situation and in less than an hour had neutralized the nest. Aaron was very timely with his response and was able to come assess my property the next day! I had found water damage in an exterior wall with ants actively excavating the wood! Needless to say his quick attention put my mind at ease. While there he walked the property and found an additional area ants were getting into the house I had no idea existed. He also treated a wasp nest I hadn't been able to address high up in the roofline. He was very informative and told me exactly how the treatments worked and what to expect. There is a reason Aaron has 29 5-star reviews and nothing else. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and gifted professional with the communication skills and customer service to back it up. Aaron was hired by my landlord to deal with a bee issue that had been mishandled by other people for multiple weeks. In less than an hour he had handled the problem and given us clarity on what to do in all possible situations moving forward, including guaranteeing his work. Aaron is awesome! He's always on time and reliable and walks us through exactly what we can do for our ant and mice trouble, follows up to make sure everything is going well, and let's us know what we can expect for results and future needs. He's super friendly and always makes us feel like we're in good hands. And we've had great results at our wetlands surrounded home! Highly recommend!
